Margaret Craig 1889-1972 Born in Dublin. One of the greatest of the Abbey actresses, she played in the original 1907 Playboy of the Western World. Other roles included Mrs Tancred in Juno and the Paycock, and Mrs Henderson in Yeats’ Words Upon the Window Pane. She is buried in Dublin.
