Brian Coffey 1905-1995
Born in Dublin. He
spent over 30 years teaching in America and England. His early poetry in
the 1930s was followed by a gap of 20 years before his later work
appeared. His works includes Poems (with Denis Devlin), Three Poems, Third
Person, The Big Laugh, Death of Hektor, Advent and various collections.
He is buried in Southampton.
