Tomás De Bhaldraithe 1916-1996
Born in Dublin. He is best known for his English-Irish Dictionary. He also worked on the Foclóir Gaelige-Béarla and edited numerous works such as Nuascéalaíocht, the stories of Pádraic Ó Conaire and a translation of Cín Lae Amhlaoibh which is the diary of an Irish countryman. He is buried in Dublin.
