Aodh De Blácam 1890-1951
Born in London. He worked as a journalist for various papers including the Enniscorthy Echo, the Irish Times and the Irish Press. He wrote novels, plays, short stories, biographies and historical works. His works include Towards the Republic, Gaelic Literature Surveyed, The Black North, Songs and Satires, From a Gaelic Outpost, Holy Romans and The Life Story of Wolfe Tone. He is buried in County Louth
