Victor Herbert 1859-1924

Born in Dublin. Bandmaster and composer of comic operas. Made a musical arrangement for The Soldiers Song. Best remembered for the song Ah! Sweet Mystery of Life and the operettas Naughty Marietta and Babes in Toyland. Buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, New York USA.
