Rodgers 1909-1969

Born
in Belfast. He was a Presbyterian minister in Loughgall from 1934-1946
before he left the ministry and joined the BBC as a scriptwriter and
producer. In 1966 he went to America where he was writer-in-residence at
various colleges. His works include Awake! and Other Poems, Europa and the
Bull and Collected Poems. He is buried in County Armagh.
