Blanaid Salkeld 1880-1959

Born in India. Her prose and poetic works include Hello Eternity, A Dubliner, The Fox’s Covert and Experiment in Error. She shares a grave in Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin, with her son, Cecil French Salkeld, the artist, poet and playwright and Brendan Behan  who married her granddaughter Beatrice.
