Cearbhall O’Dalaigh 1911-1978 Born in Bray, County Wicklow. He was called
to the Bar in 1934. He was Attorney General 1946-8 and 1951-3. He was Chief
Justice I 1961 and in 1972 he was the Irish representative on the EEC Court of
Justice. He was made 5th President of Ireland after the death of Erskine
Childers. He
