John Condon 1901-1915

Born Waterford. He was the youngest soldier to die in the first world war. He is buried at Poelcappelle Cemetery, Langermark-PK, West V, Belgium in Plot LVI Row F. His grave is one of the most visited in Belgium. However there is controversy about whether he is buried in the grave and whether he was aged 14. For further information see
